You will need to be competent with MS Word, Excel and Email. Ideally you'll also have experience within the security industry/services, and familiarity with security systems and also electronic fire procedures, and monitoring of CCTV and alarms. A first aid qualification would be an advantage but isn't essential.
A varied role, and certainly not what you might consider as a stereotypical security officer's role, being a mix of front desk customer service, assistance with building facilities, and security. Your primary purpose is to keep staff, product and building safe.
Dealing with both staff and visitors, excellent presentation and customer service skills are essential. You will be flexible, responsible and a team worker with energy, initiative, common sense, and high work standards.
