Job Description

To provide an exceptional level of customer service to all internal and external customers contacting our customer's through various contact channels

Your role is to handle incoming enquiries at the first point of contact through various channels including calls, emails, social media, website and written requests and to respond and complete any follow up actions within the agreed service level requirements.

To improve the services offered to customers at every available opportunity and handle all requests for changes to orders and ensure that customer records are kept up to date on databases used in Customer services ensuring a high level of accuracy and minimal errors

Process payments as appropriate and adhere to Data Protection Legislation as standard

Assist in the support of newly trained members of staff and support team members. effectively liaise with the other departments to achieve organisational goals

Training, experience & Qualifications

Telephone experience within a customer service environment

Knowledge of CRM systems

Experience of data entry with a high level of accuracy

Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service through a range of contact channels

Correspondence or telephone work

Social media/Web chat experience

Marketing/Supply chain experience
