Job Description

The Role
To lead a busy customer service team whilst providing the branch with an effective administration function. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure customers are looked after in a welcoming, friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support reception during busy periods
* Update various stakeholders on claims/repair progress
* Manage all aspects of customer service and logistics operations
* Encourage customer feedback to develop and improve services
* Investigate complaints and resolve where possible
* Assist site manager with client account or sales meetings
* Health and Safety responsibilities - ensure a safe environment is provided for all customers, staff and visitors
* Financial controls; excess payments, petty cash, sales invoices, supplier payments
* Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with data protection policies
* Collate payroll information in a timely manner to include overtime requests
* Provide basic HR support for the branch i.e. assist with staff reviews, absence forms, interviews
* Assist with monthly site performance and department meetings

Skills/Experience & Qualification
* 5 years senior customer service role
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to balance a heavy work load
* Excellent administration and IT skills (Inc. Outlook, Word, Excel.)
* Management or business qualification (preferable)
