Job Description

Key responsibilities

Whole Employee Lifecycle support for a growing population across all teams, including:

* Co-ordinated administration for the recruitment process, liaising with the Sector recruitment function
* Responsible for onboarding of new starters, including offers, welcome packs and security vetting actions
* Co-ordinate and control temporary worker base
* Process and administer pay and benefits for all employees
* Monthly reporting for senior management, including headcounts and sickness monitoring
* Co-ordinate Annual Appraisal scheme and related annual review for payroll
* Assist the HR Team with administration for Ad Hoc projects
* Administer Training requests for Group Talent Management processes
* Raise Purchase Orders as required
* Maintain HR records and filing systems in line with new GDPR policy guidelines
