Job Description

Tasks/deliverables

Design Creation             

Work closely with marketing team members to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with project goals and strategies.

Develop visually appealing graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other promotional content.

Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments based on project needs.

Product Launch Support            

Develop creative direction with support from sales, product development, and marketing teams.

Design required marketing materials

Coordinate completion of language versioning with Graphic Design Assistant.

Publish materials to the website

Product Photo and Video Support         

Coordinate with product management, sales, and marketing to ensure that products are shown in applicable environments and uses.

Develop project briefs to guide photographers in capturing effective photos and videos.

Coordinate/lead post-shoot photo editing

Coordinate/lead video editing

Corporate Branding      

Maintain and develop a design line and brand standards documents.

Ensure that all customer-facing marketing materials are true to the company design line.

Develop and renew the design line where and when required.

Provide branding feedback and direction to agencies and other stakeholders.

Email Marketing             

Contribute to the development and execution of the email marketing plan

Work with the content coordinator to provide graphic elements for campaigns.

Video and 3D Rendering Support           

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new video topics.

Create project briefs to guide videographers.

Coordinate/lead video editing.

Coordinate/lead development of 3D product renders.

Coordinate/lead development of hi-res renders tools being used in specific applications

Marketing Asset Management 

Maintain directory of existing material

Periodically review materials for changes to tool designs/specs, regulations, standards, available colours, etc.  

Update existing materials as required.

Social Media Support   

Design graphics/layouts when needed

Support content posting to various SoMe channels.

Tactical Customer-Specific Campaigns

Coordinate with sales or customers on briefings and customer requirements

Adapt current marketing materials to suit customer needs

Develop new marketing materials suitable for the specific customers

Ad Hoc Design Tasks   

Photo manipulations

Website uploads and design guidance

Manipulating design files for company's online shadow board tool.


Formal education: Multimedia or graphic design background and education


Personal Competencies: Structured, eye for the detail, aesthetic. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes. Flexibility in moving between tasks and working through shifting timelines/priorities. Digital-first mindset.


Professional Competencies (special courses, certifications, special knowledge etc.): Minimum five years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing department or agency setting. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time. Ability to translate marketing concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.   


Languages: English


IT skills: Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, plus others), Microsoft Office, knowledge of implementing graphics for CMS and CRM. Familiarity with video and 3D rendering software. Basic knowledge of web design principles. familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.


Stakeholders/frequent cooperation with: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Customers, external agencies


Other requirements: Keep up to date with industry trends, new design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
