Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes for pricing
  • Weekly / monthly / quarterly sales analysis
  • Order packs from head office
  • Produce product samples
  • Check contents of packs (samples and specs) prior to ordering
  • Maintain stock in pack room and place orders for components with head office
  • Order and check sterile samples from head office
  • Maintain KPI database and Pack Spreadsheet
  • Request pricing application
  • Conduct monthly pack review meetings with Sales Managers
  • Initiate and oversee the Procedure Pack Assembly (PPA) process for late customised packs
  • Generate run rate report and produce Instructions to Manufacture and Requotes accordingly
  • Apply contract extensions
  • Complete product set up and change forms
  • Work with development team (SAP and CAT)
  • General e-mail and telephone enquiries
  • Send and maintain Pending worksheet and S&OP spreadsheet
  • Review order quantities ensuring they match customer requirements and contract length
  • Place customer orders
  • Initiate activation process
  • Provide internal and external reports as required
  • To be proactive and reactive to queries and reduce out of stock occurrences
  • Communicate with other departments and Sales teams on stock and order related issues
  • Work closely with the pack team to ensure sharing of relevant information
  • Any other task or activities in support of the Development or Inventory team
  • Additional projects
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional and harmonious working relationship with all colleagues, customers, clients, agents and third party business partners or representatives of the Company

Profile

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks
  • Good problem-solving, numeracy and analytical skills
  • IT literate, good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills required to deal with a varied and changeable workload
  • Good spoken and written communication skills essential
  • Excellent teamwork essential
  • Statistical analysis experience beneficial
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent ability to interact effectively with colleagues
