Job Description

The key activities of this role will include:

  • Finite Planning of the Stock Build across all processes to allow a phased transfer of equipment
  • Reviewing BOMs and Routings for accuracy
  • Collaborating with the Site Director to on-board manufacturing resources for training and stock build
  • Liaising with Commercial groups to agree stock build with customers, ensuring transfer of built product and revenue recognition
  • Ensuring stock build aligns to the Regulatory Submission planning process, thus allowing sufficient time between last time manufacture, asset transfer and re-establishment of manufacture and supply from the receiving site.
  • Capacity planning and shift allocation of Manufacturing and Maintenance resources and support functions of the stock build
  • Review of Customer Base with Commercial to ensure optimisation of transferred accounts
  • Regular project read-out and reporting
  • Master Data analysis and transfer readiness of data from Sage to SAP
  • Planning and management of external contract irradiation and balancing internal irradiation
  • Demonstrates the ability to inspire and motivate direct reports and team members. Supports and promotes HR policies and activities (attendance policy, code of conduct policy, discipline and performance policy and performance and development reviews). Actively gives and receives constructive and candid feedback on performance. Creates development opportunities for entire team generating a multi-skilled workforce.
  • Actively seeks feedback and utilise constructive criticism to aid personal development. Clearly expresses opinions and ideas, verbally and in writing. Actively drives his/her own development planning.
  • Holds direct reports and team members responsible for meeting Quality, GMP/CME, Safety and Environmental regulations/standards. Provides regular feedback on achievement to the team and upper management.
