Job Description

Learn and master IT associated with company systems relating to Hire/Demo/Loaner and Service Centre processes.
➢ Process orders and documents required to ship orders to fulfil daily and weekly requirements. Attention to detail is an essential requirement. Be prepared to juggle and multi-task requirements all day long.
➢ Answer phone to address queries, requests, orders, deliveries, and quotes. Be customer centric, passionate, and actively ready to meet requests, associated activities, and time lines
➢ Organise time management to maximise productivity recognising priorities and time lines.
➢ Utilisation of phone, voice mail, email, and letters may be required.
➢ Accurately maintain all Hire and Demo kits and accessories, paying particular attention to: -
1) Contents
2) Serial/Lot Numbers
3) Expiry dates
4) Customer paperwork
5) Worn/damaged items

Ship and accurately log all Hire/Demo and repair requests on the internal computer systems and to arrange collections in a timely fashion. Including Domestic and International shipments
➢ Generate accurate details of used consumables for invoicing.
➢ Create and close service requests.
➢ Maintain a level of good housekeeping within the work areas in relation to 5S guidelines
➢ Follow Manual Handling Guidelines when in contact with heavy goods
➢ Monitor stock levels of standard packaging materials
➢ Ensure custom made transit cases are maintained in good safe condition
➢ Maintain accurate levels of emergency stock of consumables
➢ May be called upon to show flexibility in other roles beyond the remit of the warehouse administrative function.
➢ Manage and organise work area to enable others to locate work when absent. Filing should be addressed daily.
➢ Engage with team members and other staff to problem solve and be proactive with solutions.
➢ Take initiative to recommend new ideas, improvements in operation and suggestions to create an environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
➢ Be flexible to cover other divisional areas of administration in times of member absence or work overload if requested by management.
➢ Be team oriented, courteous, and respectful to peers and both inside and outside personnel. Ultimately committed to the community associated with the corporation's products to get the job done right and with high customer satisfaction.
➢ Understand and conform to company rules and policies including business conduct, corporate ethics, quality system compliance and regulatory affairs requirements. Take affirmative steps
