We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of orders, contributing directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Packing & Despatch: Pack orders with a focus on both speed and accuracy, ensuring no delays are caused to the wider warehouse operation. Clearly separate and prepare items according to designated despatch methods for the despatch department.
- Stock Preparation: Shrink wrap booklets and collate various items into saleable stock, consistently meeting or exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Inventory Management: Proactively replenish packing materials and supplies to ensure sufficient stock is available for the following day's operations, preventing workflow interruptions.
- General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Adhere to all health and safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and support colleagues as needed.
