We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse functions, ensuring the smooth and timely flow of goods. This role demands a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders at a pace that ensures no delays to subsequent warehouse operations.
- Kit Assembly: Collate individual items into saleable kits, consistently balancing speed with precision to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Inventory Counting: Perform accurate counts of booklets and other stock items, maintaining a balance between efficiency and accuracy to meet KPIs.
- Packaging & Shrink Wrapping: Shrink wrap and pack items into saleable stock, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met while achieving speed and accuracy KPIs.
- Stock Replenishment: Proactively replenish picking stocks to guarantee sufficient inventory is available for the following day's orders, preventing operational bottlenecks.
